A. After we recieve the signed contract, check, and key we can stage your home in as little as a week. Installation usually takes only one day.

A. Certainly! The buyer may purchase one item or everything in the home. The furnishings become available after escrow has closed and the purchase is always done seperate from the sale of the home.
